Brazilian by birth, Japanese by training and Italian by adoption, our Chef Jean Carlo de Lima was a pioneer of Japanese-Brazilian cuisine in Italy and with Batukada he decided to be the first in Milan to explore a pillar of the Japanese culinary tradition, robatayaki.
With thirty years of experience behind it, consolidated in restaurants and with the most prestigious chefs of Sao Paulo, Salvador di Bahia, Recife arrives in its adopted homeland to found a new tradition of Brazilian cuisine. Be amazed by its combinations! The result, we assure you, is delicious!
